Fundraising Opportunities

Fundraising is optional and managed by each athlete’s family through personal outreach and donations from friends, family, and community supporters.

To help families offset the cost of the cheer season, Arlington Youth Cheer provides two simple fundraising tools that families may choose to use independently. These fundraisers are self-managed by the athlete’s family, and all outreach, communication, collection of donations, and tracking is the responsibility of the family.

Pick-A-Date to Donate Calendar
This fundraiser uses a calendar where each day corresponds to a donation amount matching the date. Supporters “pick a date” on the calendar and donate that amount. For example, selecting the 15th would be a $15 donation. The goal is to have each day sponsored by a different supporter.

Sponsor My Uniform Sheet
The Sponsor My Uniform sheet allows athletes to ask friends, family members, or community supporters to contribute toward the cost of their cheer uniform or season expenses. Supporters simply select an amount they would like to contribute.

These tools are provided as optional resources for families who wish to fundraise to help with the cost of cheer. Participation is voluntary and managed directly by each family.

Please note: Arlington Youth Cheer does not manage, collect, or process these donations. These fundraising activities and funds collected are handled directly by the athlete’s family.
