2024 Regular Practice Season begins

All squads practice Tues, Wed, Thurs from 6:00 - 7:30 pm for the month of August
September through the end of the season squads will practice 2 days a week 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Mon/Wed (Locker Bay Monday/Mat Room Wednesday)
Mon/Wed (Mat Room Monday/Locker Bay Wednesday)
Tues/Thurs (Mat Room Tuesday/Locker Bay Thursday)
